With renowned speakers such as the author David Van Reybrouck, the Voices of the People conference investigated how citizen assemblies can empower communities to shape their own solutions – overcoming the limitations of current political systems. Together with Eva Kraus, director of the Bundeskunsthalle, Vera Sacchetti presented the Citizens’ Assemblies (Gesellschaftsforum) in Bonn and Dresden.

Voices of the People was organised by the Goethe-Institut Brussels in collaboration with G1000 and Flagey.
